Shipping & Returns

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Free shipping is available on orders over PKR 15,000.

We currently ship within Pakistan. International shipping options will be available soon.

Returns are only accepted if the watch is unopened and unused, in its original packaging with all tags and protective film intact. Once a watch has been opened or worn, it can no longer be returned. Custom engraved watches are always final sale.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
